Brian has a career-long focus on representing employers in all aspects of employment law and traditional labor relations. He has extensive experience representing private companies and public sector employers in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, including discipline/discharge cases as well as complex contract interpretation matters, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practice charges and representation proceedings at the Regional Office level, the Board level in Washington D.C., and in federal court. Brian has successfully counseled employers in a broad range of labor law issues, including multiemployer bargaining, picketing and secondary boycott campaigns, jurisdictional disputes, strike preparation and related injunction proceedings, plant closings and relocations, advising and assisting in labor-related due diligence in business mergers, and maintaining positive labor-management relations.

Brian also regularly advises employers in a wide variety of employment issues, including age, race, disability, religious and sex discrimination claims, harassment, leaves of absence under the Family Medical Leave Act, disability accommodations and undergoing the ADA interactive process, unemployment compensation, retaliation, and wrongful discharge claims. He regularly represents employers in employment litigation before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commissions, and state and federal courts. He also has extensive experience guiding employers through complex federal agency compliance proceedings, including wage and hour audits initiated by the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA health and safety investigations, and OFCCP compliance audits.

Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from the Villanova School of Law in 2009. He joined the firm in 2009. He is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey as well as numerous federal district and circuit courts.

In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
