We give advice regularly regarding the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), Davis-Bacon Act and similar state laws. We give advice regularly regarding the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), Pension Protection Act (“PPA”), Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”), Taft-Harley Act, Affordable Care Act (“ACA”), Health Insurance and Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (“COBRA”), and withdrawal liability matters.
