Nick’s practice involves a wide array of labor and employment issues. He represents private employers in the construction, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and various other industries, as well as public employers and multiemployer benefit plans. Nick handles and provides advice and guidance on issues arising from all major federal, state, and local labor laws such ERISA, HIPAA, the Internal Revenue Code, the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Nick also handles litigation involving race, disability, age, religious, and sex discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour claims, labor disputes, and ERISA claims. Nick has represented numerous clients in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board.
Nick obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Drexel University in 2014 and his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law in 2019. Nick has volunteered at the Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts and participated in the Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition. He joined the firm in 2019. He is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey as well as various federal courts.
In his free time, Nick enjoys watching and analyzing sports, collecting baseball cards, and playing with his dog, Ziggy.
