Aubrey Strosser

Aubrey’s practice encompasses employment law, labor law, and employee benefits. From small businesses to public sector employers, Aubrey represents a variety of clients in an array of matters including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, the Family Medical Leave Act, unemployment compensation, and ERISA.

 

Aubrey also conducts internal investigations for private and public businesses regarding employment matters, and represents clients in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission cases.

 

Aubrey obtained her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in 2019 and her Juris Doctor from Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Aubrey served as the Managing Editor of Research and Writing of the Villanova Law Review and placed as a Semi-Finalist in the Sixty-First Annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition. She joined the firm in 2022. She is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

 

In her free time, Aubrey enjoys writing fiction and spending time with her family and friends, including her rescue dog, Addie.
